Q.I have found a broken game.
A.If you have found a broken game then please click the "Report Game Broken" button if you are a member of the site. If not please email support@rasclerhys.com, with the name of the game. Alternatively you can always sign up to become a member here. A member of the RascleRhys.com Admin Team will then shortly try to fix the game. If a pop-up appears saying the game has already been reported, then someone has already reported the game and Admin have been notified. However please allow a few seconds for the game to load before Reporting It Broken. Members found abusing this feature may receive a warning and if repeatedly abuses the feature could be banned.

Q.I Keep Recieving A Message Saying My Javascript Is Turned Off, What Should I Do?
A.If you receive this message then you should click on the link, or click here. If your Javascript is Turned Off then it means that certain features of RascleRhys.com may not work.

At RascleRhys.com we have a large number of users, these users are able to view other members profiles. This could be your profile. You can select Allow Users to see my profile on the Edit Profile page. By ticking the box all members of RascleRhys.com will be able to see your profile, which includes all the details you have provided (excluding email address which will never be shown). By default this isn't turned on and so only friends (whom you are free to accept or decline) will be able to view your profile. However other members will be able to see your avatar (so if it is a personal picture you, don't want everyone to see, don't upload it!). Members will also be able to R-Mail you. If you are being harassed by someone through the R-Mail system then please click the "Report Abuse" button on the R-Mail Page, next to the specific R-Mail.
If you do decide to allow other members to view your profile, please do not post private information such as detailed addresses and phone numbers. You are permitted to show your town/city as well as your country. If your country is not in the Drop Down Menu please click here.

Q.My country is not available on the Drop Down Menu, what should I do?
A.If your country does not appear on the Drop Down Menu on any members page then please email us at support@rasclerhys.com telling us that your country is not available (with the country name) and we will add it.

Q.Why am I limited with the amount of friends I can have on the site?
A.Unfortunately we have to limit the amount of Friends you can have on the Site due to the type of system we run, however we are always trying to increase this limit.

Q.How do I delete a favourite slot?
A.To delete a favourite you must first go to View All Favourites page, then find the favourite slot you wish to delete and then press the [X] next to it. This will then delete the favourite slot. You can delete all favourite slots by clicking "Delete All Favourites" at the top of the page. However this process is non-reversible.

Q.When I add a favourite, it says it is full, what should I do?
A.If you receive this message then it means that you have used up all the Favourite Slots and have to delete some. To find out how to delete a favourite slot click Here .

Q.How do I delete a shoutbox comment?
A.If you would like to delete a comment that you have made on the shoutbox, then go to the game where you posted the comment (making sure you are still logged on) scroll down to the posts, and you will find a red X next your name, click this and then press Ok to the popup box. You can only delete your own comments.

Q.When I view people's messages on the Comment Board or The Forum, I sometimes see *** Asterix's, what do they mean?
A. If you see the asterix's it means that the author of the comment has used language that RascleRhys.com sees unfit to show - please remember that children may be viewing the site. This occurs automatically after the comment has been posted if our filter finds a word that is considered inappropriate. All comments are moderated and members that persistently break the rules and swear, will receive a warning. If you see an inappropriate comment, that for some reason hasn't been picked up by our filter, then please email support@rasclerhys.com.
